Home Construction is Booming as New Businesses are Opening

    Home construction still makes up for an integral part of the industry of construction. With the beginning of the second quarter of 2020, Maricopa in Arizona is recording over 60,000 new homes the city is setting up, out of which 22,000 has been already built. Even during difficult times, construction sites in Maricopa kept running, combining commercial and residential construction.

    Commercial and Residential Construction Booming in Maricopa, Arizona

    Maricopa, Arizona, has been one of the busiest cities in the US considering the population of the city and difficulties that arrived with pandemics. The city in Arizona is setting up construction for 60,000 new homes while 22k homes have been already built. The rising tide of construction activity has been showcased in the city, combining residential and commercial construction projects. Additional housing projects include apartments and senior living complexes. Assisted living units are also included in the scope of construction projects in the area while home construction is altogether booming. The commercial building is also on the rise, with multiple businesses starting with operations in 2020.

    Commercial Construction Round-Up: New Businesses are Opening

    Commercial construction is also progressing in the city and surrounding region despite setbacks in the form of ongoing pandemics. Several businesses in various sectors are expected to open in 2020 and 2021, including dental offices, animal hospital, restaurants, and retail shops.  A new high school of 25,000 square feet is also emerging. With home construction and commercial building booming, Maricopa seems to be benefiting in multiple ways while paying off the city’s debt. The debt level is said to be average and declining. As councilmember Henry Wade claims, the year-long work is starting to pay off. The results of favorable construction activity should surely boost the development of the city.
