The capital of California is struggling with the issue of the rising number of homeless people, which is how St. Paul’s Church of God decided to lease a plot of their sanctuary and land. On the land leased by the church, Sacramento homeless should get a small community of 24 houses.

Homeless Housing for People of Sacramento
As Pastor Larry Joyner claims, Sacramento is a very special community that has many homeless people just like many other areas, cities, and states in the US, however, Pastor Joyner says the community of Sacramento is ready to help their homeless. The 24 tiny houses in the upcoming community should house 48 people with each house receiving two residents. All residents living in the community should be homeless young people between the ages of 18 and 24.
The Community of Sacramento and the Homeless Housing Project
Many people believe that this project stands as more than a good idea to help young people who are homeless get back on their feet by providing them a roof over the head. However, some parents in the community are worried about the safety of their children. The homeless that should be housed in the tiny community on the church’s land and sanctuary should have provided meals, bathrooms, showers, as well as community social services and counseling. This plan is only a part of the five-point project that the Sacramento City Council is funding, with the first point costing 5.6 million dollars. Trump previously stated that the problem of homeless people in Sacramento should be solved as an urgent matter unless the Governor would want the federal government to get involved and look into the problem. The project is due to be finished in 100 days as a challenge to conduct the needed work on homeless housing as soon as possible.
